Account & Data Deletion

For all Sago Kriyo apps · Developer: Sago Kriyo · Contact: sagokriyo@gmail.com

The short version

2048 Infinity has no accounts — your data lives on your device, and uninstalling removes it. For games with accounts (Sudoku, when released), email us one line and we delete everything within 30 days.

2048 Infinity — no account, nothing to close

2048 Infinity does not use accounts or sign-ins. Scores, achievements, statistics, and settings are stored only on your device. To erase them:

  1. Uninstall the app, or
  2. Go to Android Settings → Apps → 2048 Infinity → Storage → Clear data.

Either action permanently deletes all local game data. We hold no copy of it. (Any purchases are tied to your Google account and remain restorable through Google Play.)

Note on ads/analytics: identifiers used by Google AdMob or Firebase are managed by Google — you can reset your advertising ID under Android Settings → Google → Ads. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Games with accounts (Sudoku, upon release)

When a Sago Kriyo game offers an account, you can delete it and all associated data in two ways:

Option A — in the app

  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option B — by email

  1. Email sagokriyo@gmail.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" (the link pre-fills it for you).
  2. Send it from the email address on the account (or include your display name) so we can verify it's you. We never ask for your password.
  3. We acknowledge within 7 days and confirm once deletion is complete.

Delete your data without closing the account

Want a fresh start but keep the account? Email us the same way and say so — we can reset cloud saves, statistics, and leaderboard entries while leaving the account itself in place.
